Adam has experience in finance, international trade and also founded an award-winning social enterprise in East Africa. He is a CFA Charterholder, CAIA Charterholder and Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) and has an International BBA degree from the Schulich School of Business, York University (Canada), where he was a Dr. Wilson A. Head Scholar. He also holds Stanford University's Energy Innovation and Emerging Technologies Certificate and is a published author in the Social Enterprise Journal (UK).
He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (UK), a Paul Harris Fellow (Rotary), a Laureate Global Fellow, a UN Global Accelerator, a Canadian Top 30 Under 30 and he has a US patent. He was the Head of the Delegation for the Young Diplomats of Canada to the OECD Forum and joined the G20 Young Entrepreneur Delegations in China, Germany and Saudi Arabia. His work has been featured in Forbes Africa, CNN, The Globe and Mail, and the CBC. He has language skills in Swahili, German, Spanish and French.
